5. Full Website Print Out: About Us, Return Policy, Contact Us, Products Pricing in MYR, Term of Use & Privacy Policy

6. Utility bill matches with the merchant address or director name (required for home based business only).

7. Additional product or service certificate/license (required for professional services only).

"8. Utility bill/tenancy agreement matches with the merchant address or director name if merchant operating address is not match with SSM/ CTOS/ 

website (required for submission to PayDee). "
