4. Minimum 3 Merchant's Photos (Interior and Exterior with Signboard, Surroundings, Product/Service Rendered)

5. Full Website Print Out: About Us, Return Policy, Contact Us, Products Pricing in MYR, Term of Use & Privacy Policy

6. Utility bill matches with the merchant address or director name (required for home based business only).

7. Additional product or service certificate/license (required for professional services only).
